By using this software you can Customize your Favorite Background Wallpaper.
Lets Start.
1) Download the Windows 7 Logon Changer From Here Windows 7 Logon Background Changer.
2) Now Open RAR File and open the Win 7 Logon Background Changer.
3) When you open this application you see that Some Default wallpapers, You can select your own Folders of wallpapers.
4) After Selecting the Folder , choose your Background Image.
5) After Selecting the Image , click "APPLY".
6) Now you see that Your Log On Screen Become Changed.
7) See Your Log On Screen By Pressing "CTRL+ALT+DELETE" Key.
8) Done :)
